Cognitivism Theory Sub-Group

Cognitive Learning Theory is a broad theory that explains thinking and differing mental processes and how they are influenced by internal and external factors in order to produce learning in individuals. When we apply a cognitive approach to learning and teaching, we focus on the understanding of information and concepts.... These cognitive processes are: observing, categorizing, and forming generalizations about our environment. This theory can be divided into two specific theories: the Social Cognitive Theory(SCT), and the Cognitive Behavioral Theory (CBT).”
