    I am now on week 4 of my online blended learning experience. This weeks topic is about reading nutrition labels. I was very excited about this week, because this was the reason I picked my online blended learning experience. I wanted to learn more about what is behind a nutrition label and what we should be looking for. 

    In my learning experience this week it gave us a rule of thumb. The healthiest foods are ones that do not contain a nutrition label. For example, apples, broccoli, potatoes. This is because they do not need a nutrition label to tell you their health benefits. Foods with nutrition labels are are packaged and most often processed. 

    It is not realistic to eat foods without nutrition labels, so when we do it is important to look for foods, low in sugar, and high in fiber. 

    I learned about this through four learning videos. I feel that this is the best way for me to learn because I am a visual learner. These videos showed visual aids while the nutritionist explained each picture through a video presentation.
